Low cost liquid housings for general purpose filtration. #5 and #10 models are constructed of SAN (Styrene-Acrilonitrile) with a reinforced polypropylene head and pressure relief valve. #10 and #20 Blue sump models are constructed of all reinforced polypropylene with manual relief valves. All seals are Buna N.

Big Blue Filter Housings (Plastic)
Big Blue models have polypropylene sumps with reinforced ABS heads, Buna O-rings and manual pressure relief valves. Available in 10" and 20" lengths. The larger body size allows for greater cartridge capacity, thus reducing the number of vessels normally needed in parallel installations.

Big Bubba Polypropylene Filter Housings
Big Bubba filter Housings are glass reinforced polypropylene and will not dent, rust, chip , or corrode. They have a pressure rating of 125 psi. They have a swing bolt closure, and a cartridge lock adapter to hold it in place. They accept large surface area, double oring cartridge for a superior seal. Cartridges are availible in 1 ABS, 1 NOM, 5, 20,and 50 micron.
Big Bubba Cartridges are available in Pleated, Depth & Activated carbon cartridges
with o-rings seals for superior performance.
- Pleated Cartridges - Recommended for typical water filtration applications to remove sediment, hard solids and when high efficiency is required. Our 1 micron absolute element can be used for surface water filtration to reduce Giardia Cysts and Cryptosporidium.
- Depth Cartridges - To remove sediment and gelatinous substances. Made of 100% polypropylene with EPDM O-Rings.
- Activated Carbon - Ideal for whole house filtration and other applications to reduce chlorine, tastes, odors and organic substances. Activated carbon cartridges are rated at 5 microns.
