These two companies have shared practices for several years. By formally bringing them together we believe it will create a stronger business to provide you with an enhanced product offering, geographic expansion and an even higher level of service. We look forward to the operating synergies that will come from this merger as we position ourselves for growth as both a traditional and ecommerce filtration distributor for the industrial market.
